Dropkick Murphys did a surprise Paddy's Day gig in the middle of Boston airport
DESPITE ALL MEMBERS being born and raised in the US, the music of Dropkick Murphys has become hugely associated with our fair country.
So it’s only right that the self-described ‘Celtic punk’ band would be heading to Dublin for St Patrick’s Day – but to pass the time before their flight, they decided to play an impromptu set in the middle of Boston’s Logan airport.

They performed I’m Shipping Up To Boston (changing the lyrics to “shipping up to Dublin”) and everyone at the gate had the time of their LIVES.
